Who I Am As a Leader

I am an experienced behavioral health, crisis response, and operations professional with a background spanning corporate leadership, nonprofit service, direct client care, staff development, and organizational consulting. My experience gives me a practical understanding of how people, systems, accountability, and service delivery connect.

I bring both frontline and leadership perspective. I have supported individuals and families in crisis, worked in substance use recovery and behavioral health settings, led teams, strengthened documentation practices, improved workflows, and supported staff in high-pressure service environments.

My leadership approach is trauma-informed, people-centered, and systems-aware. I believe strong outcomes happen when teams have clear expectations, supportive leadership, consistent communication, and operational structure that protects clients, staff, and the organization.

Why This Work Matters

I believe leadership is both a responsibility and a privilege. My work is shaped by what I have seen across crisis response, behavioral health, substance use recovery, nonprofit service, and corporate operations. When people are supported by clear communication, consistent expectations, and accountable systems, teams become stronger and outcomes improve.

Throughout my career, I have worked to create environments where compassion and accountability can exist together. Whether I am supporting clients in crisis, developing staff, improving workflows, or facilitating training, my focus is the same: strengthen people, stabilize systems, and contribute to service delivery that protects both clients and teams.

Every role, conversation, training, and collaboration is an opportunity to bring structure, empathy, and practical leadership to work that directly affects people’s lives.
