About ME

I bring more than 25 years of leadership experience across behavioral health, nonprofit service, crisis response, and corporate operations. My background combines frontline client care, mobile crisis intervention, staff development, and operational leadership, giving me a practical understanding of how people, process, and accountability affect outcomes.

Over the past decade, my work has focused heavily on behavioral health, substance use recovery, trauma-informed care, crisis stabilization, and support for individuals navigating complex life, legal, and family circumstances. I have led teams, supported direct care operations, strengthened documentation practices, improved staff performance, and worked across systems to support safer, more coordinated outcomes.

Much of my professional background has also included consulting, training, public speaking, and program development. That experience remains part of my foundation, but I am now seeking a stable role where I can bring strategic thinking, crisis-informed judgment, and people-centered leadership into an organization committed to strong service delivery and measurable impact.

I provide mobile crisis response, assessment, de-escalation, safety planning, referral coordination, and care connection for individuals and families experiencing behavioral health crises. My role includes coordination with 988, law enforcement, fire, EMS, hospitals, community providers, and internal teams to support safe outcomes and continuity of care.

Director of Behavioral Health Operations & Staff Development

– Restore Inc.

I provided behavioral health operations and staff development leadership across residential treatment, detox, and crisis stabilization services supporting individuals affected by trauma, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. My work included team supervision, direct client support, documentation accountability, staff development, quality assurance, and workflow improvement to strengthen client stability, team engagement, and recovery outcomes.
